I played for 105h on PC and had a good portion of fun with the game. Can't wait to play a polished version, though. The OST was outstanding and some of the quests were very well written

Glad I made the decision to wait this one out, love the witcher 3 and was hoping this did have a great launch but looks some some of the top heads at cdpr wanted to fill thier pockets early, looking forward to later in the year when the upcoming patches hopefully fix the game and make it the way it was meant to be

I honestly don't think delaying the game further would've had much impact on quality. They knew it wasn't ready, they knew it was a mess, covered it up, and still released the game. Also, the game itself, ignoring the bugs, just isn't that great. While not an open world game per say, Deus Ex still does a much better job in the sci-fi RPG shooter category. I played Cyberpunk for about 2 hours, realized the game had no charm and the lore was uninteresting/lacked actual depth. The combat sucks, there's missing content, and the game is hardly even an RPG. Pretty much an action adventure game with minor branching paths and progression. I don't think this game is fixable. You can't magically improve an inherently mediocre game, without serious overhauls such as the ones No Man's Sky got.

I can tell you THE answer for why the gaming industry has become what it is.... Pre-orders. Pre-orders have allowed companies to make millions in pre-sales and then once they hit their preorder goal, they release unfinished, shit games. But, as long as they put the ‘ole “this is not a reflection of actual finished gameplay” in their gameplay reveals, they get away with it. Hence why you have Cybershit 2077 and many other shitty games the last couple years starting with Fallout 76.

I enjoyed the video, but do feel it was influenced by the main Cyberpunk subreddit because I can't imagine giving this game a 6 on PC. I have a midrange PC, and dealt with a few gamebreaking bugs, but the enjoyment I received from the game vastly outweighed the frustration received. I personally would have rated it a 9.5/10 (didn't have expectations of "cut content"). A 10 for the game and .5 negative for bugs. My friend had way more bugs than me, but still rated it an 8, which I feel is totally fair. Not sure how you give it a 6 on PC....

2077 refers to the year it will be finished, I guess. I haven't encountered many bugs, but they completely underdelivered what they promised. Either they fix it in the next months or fuck them, no more CDPR for me.

The worst and most stupid thing is there people still defending CD Projekt Red. This really hurts me, because witcher 3 for me is the best game ever, and they were the only company i trusted, but now never again, will never trust a company till the game is out, the were the only company in wich all gamers loved as they were so proud to dont follow on micro transactions etc. I lost all the trust in them, and me being the biggest fanboy i admit and wont commit the same mistake again. I couldn't disagree with this review more! The technical side is one thing, I can look past that. I've played plenty of jank in my time. But the game underneeth is just utterly underwhelming. The quests are boring, the characters are plain, the world is lifeless. The story is way too sappy and takes itself so goddamn seriously. I wanted some edgy shit where "cool" is the name of the game. Instead I have a melancholy goody two-shoes pussy for a main character (I'm playing male V btw...). To me this game is a travesty on all fronts.

That's the most disappointing thing about the game. You can see what they actually wanted to do and even in the cut state it's currently in it's a huge amount of fun, but the bugs instantly pull you out of the experience. The fact I'm still playing it despite the bugs is a testament to how good the underlying game is.

this game is totaly boring. Not even one misery puzzle is in this game which you have to use your brain. The whole game tells you what to do and where to go. Playing this game is like work on your workplace.

Why is Joe playing this on PS4? Trying to put on a charade about being Mr. Ordinary Citizen? Why not play it on a decent PC like anyone else who is serious about gaming instead of an 8 year old console. None of the issues shown in this video happen on PC. Sure, Cyberpunk has some glitches, but after the first patch released within the first week I have been able to play through this entire game with only the very occasional oddity. It's obvious that this is pandering, especially since Joe has a high-end PC.
