I never cry, but the tone of her voice just hit me right in the soul. I appreciate that she didn't do the dog & pony show of loads of vocal runs to get more virtual applause. You don't need a whistle note to be great. Her voice is authentic and warm and relaxed - but so powerful. It's rare to have that kind of grace and be so unassuming. I wish Simon was there to explain this to the viewers.
