HERE IS HOW IT'S DONE....The numbers are printed remotely on a small thermal printer under the roulette table he is standing around after they are called. He then puts the the printed paper in a duplicate wallet he has on him. The wallet is then switched between 1:50-2:03 when he steps in front of the wallet to spin the wheel, distracting Heidi at 1:54 to roll the ball (the only person that could see the switching). Even if she had seen the wallet switch herself she's not gonna give the trick up. The AGT show helped by cutting to the camera just showing the wheel overhead while the wallet is being switched. Look closely and you can see the wallets shape on the glass is slightly different after he spins the wheel. It didn't matter what the ball landed on it wasn't relative to the trick.... he had another script to say for any number the ball landed on. He really did hear 14 so that's what he repeated and that's what his off stage assistant printed. It was a sheer coincidence it landed on the number that the girl actually said. The hanging banner was graphically imposed for the tv presentation, but was then actually printed to look like it was there all along for anyone that actually goes to see it. The entire trick was the switch of the wallets. Abracadabra!
